Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices, credit notes and delivery orders
  • Prepare monthly statement of account (SOA) to customers
  • Record payments received and update the accounts receivables (AR) status
  • Perform credit card charges for customers
  • Maintain and update business partners (customers) record
  • Liaise with the sales teams for payment status and billing matters
  • General admin support for the accounts team

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Positive attitude
  • Demonstrate independence to complete tasks within given timeline
  • Detailed and meticulous
  • Good communication skills

Daily chartered bus service is provided from Monday to Friday to and fro Bishan MRT taxi stand and Tagore Building.
