Our internal Team is looking for a Talented & strong Business Development Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
Builds and grows positive and long-lasting relationships within existing client's organizations.
• Works directly with prospects and clients to fully understand and plan for their immediate, near and long-term business goals.
• Manages the day to day relationship with clients to make sure they stay satisfied.
• Responds to and develops proposals for client RFPs.
• Works with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams to share, establish and improve best practices and procedures.
• Researches and identifies existing and new client opportunities in the region.
• Develops Account Plans for assigned accounts together with inputs from country teams and regional stakeholders.
• Accounts for business development pipelines within assigned areas, manages and tracks all prospect interaction data within CRM.
• Responsible for business development by identifying new sales opportunities and sell the services to the right target segment.
• Manages relationships with client(s), including collaborating with client leadership and stakeholders to determine staffing needs and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle client escalations and set processes for smooth functioning of operations and ensure adherence of the same.
• Responsible to increase business opportunities with existing clients and acquiring new client contract renewals/ SLA preparation.
• Lead and manage healthy relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages all escalated issues and regularly meets with client(s) to review performance metrics and proactively recommends and implements related solutions as needed.
• Directly and/or indirectly coaches, trains, and supervises employees, including fostering a cohesive team environment that promotes personal and professional development.
