- Assist in daily account duties like issuing payment expense claims, document filling.
- Check and prepare daily and monthly sales report.
- Assist in monthly closing of full spectrum accounts.
- Assist in Goverment grant application.
- Filing and archiving of documents.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Handle general office administrative matters and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level and above.
- Preferred basic knowledge of accounting.
- Preferred knowledge of goverment grant.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Accouting.
