Responsibilities
- Work in Project Team to develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards and processes
- Responsible for the CAD drafting and modelling of piping, HVAC, sanitation / plumbing system and electrical system / power plant layouts
- Create and modify existing engineering design and models
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members
- Ensure drawing and design meet projects / tenders deadline
- Coordinate with Clients and Consultants on design, construction and submission aspects of projects
- Preparation, coordination and modification of M&E drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants
Requirements
- Minimum Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) or related field
- Good knowledge of CAD software and well-versed in using BIM software / tools, such as Autodesk Revit
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the M&E Construction Industry
- Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent and technologically forward-looking
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyse issues and creatively identify solutions
