- Partner IT and Business Teams to understand and analyze business problems, assess and translate business changes requirement and request and manage system change delivery.
- As LOB (Line of Business) Systems application custodian, Overseeing the team and Application vendors team activity to ensure the LOB systems BAU operation and performance as per business expectation and SLA
- Product owner of module that organises customer relevant data and generates analytics reports.
- Configured data and user interfaces for accurate customer report delivery.
- Manage Internal Stakeholders escalation and help on conflict resolution
- Assist in audit activities both internal and external.
Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in Business administration or related
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Business / System Analyst or Project Coordinator
