· Oversee general works for renovation projects such as electrical, plumbing, demolition works and calculate and prepare quantity of supplies necessary as per project requirements.
· Hands on required at times to assist at job site
· Liaise effectively with Project Manager, suppliers and sub-contractors
· Ensure good quality of works and manage defects rectifications.
· Ensure work done compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.
· Monitoring the site progress as per targeted schedules.
· Reporting to PD/ PM on site progress status.
· Assist in the receipt and control of all material on site.
· Assist in the organizing and sequencing of work.
