Job Responsibilities:
- To maintain and keep track of calibration of equipment used during analysis
- Conduct regular checking / inspection to ensure buildings are always maintained to a good condition
- Carry out sampling and stability testing.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on M&E services & installation for the building, which includes but not limited to general handyman work in fitting, installation, electrical wiring, plumbing, painter, carpentry and etc.
- Supervision of conservancy / building and ensure that all maintenance & repair works carried out by term contractors are properly done / complete on time
- Responsible for client’s satisfaction, attend to and investigate any complaint on maintenance and service works
- Assisting the client’s Management Team in emergency control where situation arise
- Perform QC checking, sampling and routine analysis of in-coming raw material.
Job Requirements:
- NITEC, Higher ITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Engineering field
- Able to work on shift duty including weekends and public holidays
- Able to work independently with less supervision
- Able to work under pressure condition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and computer literacy
- Work locations include SMRT Mandai Depot or other MRT stations
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice
