Our client is from Medical Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Research & Development Engineer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.
Duties:
- Contribute to product improvement and engineering projects discreetly.
- Lead problem-solving and action planning in project management.
- Perform confidential risk analysis & failure mode to define process flow and control plans.
- Qualify equipment and validate processes for product enhancement projects.
- Provide confidential technical guidance to junior engineers and other departments.
- Ensure project adherence to schedules and budgets with confidentiality.
- Optimize process parameters discreetly for improved product quality and equipment effectiveness.
- Explore innovative processes to enhance product quality or productivity confidentially.
- Facilitate the confidential transfer of new/improved processes into production with robust controls.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Biomedical Engineering or any relevant field.
- Min 3 years' of working experience in relevant industry.
- Experience in cleanroom will be an advantage.
