Service Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:Assist in the day-to-day operations of your assigned outlet.
  2. Issue Resolution:Professionally resolve any arising issues.
  3. Hygiene Compliance:Strict adherence to F&B hygiene policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Flexible Availability:Able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays (5.5 days / 44 hours per week).
  2. Proactive and Responsible:Exhibit a proactive, responsible, and positive work attitude, serving as a role model for others.
