Our Client, Large established company, is seeking for 3 MONTHS PART TIME HR Assistant.
ON JOB TRAINING PROVIDED !!!
3 Days per week (Between Monday to Friday) 10am to 6pm
May require to work 5 days if required
$11 per HOUR!!!
The Job:
- Assist in the recruitment process from job posting, resumes screening, talents selection and interview arrangement
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers & candidates
- Following up on the interview process status
- Assist in preparing Letter of employment, off-boarding and HR related documents
- Use the SAT to check for candidate’s eligibility for E-pass or S-pass application and renewal
- Provide support in day-to-day HR & Admin function
