Responsibilities:
- Identify Business Opportunities by prospecting new corporate clients through telemarketing, market research and business visits.
- Work Closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent
- Provide consultancy to clients regarding market trends, salary benchmarking, & other staffing & recruitment-related issues
- Screen, Evaluate and conduct interviewed to shortlist potential candidates to match the clients’ requirements
- Advice job seekers on career progression, development & new opportunities
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimally a Bachelor's in any discipline
- Good communication skills
- Keen pursue a career in Sales
- No working experience is required as mentorship will be provided
