JOB DESCRIPTION
A global MNC in the communication systems industry is currently seeking for an Account Payable Executive to join their team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for Account Payable functions, such as processing, verify and pay invoices, preparing and perform cheques and GIRO, reconciling accounts payable and inter-company transactions, resolve any invoice discrepancies, GST submission and reporting, assist with month-end closing processes, and liaise with auditors.

REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable functions
• Experience with ERP systems or Netsuite is a strong advantage
