Responsibilities
- Managing a part of the construction project
- Assist in technical advice and supervision for other members of the staff
- Planning day to day work program of the project progress
- Ensure projects meets agreed specifications, budgets as well as timescales
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans
Requirements
- Possess at least a diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in landed property - Terrace, Bungalow, etc (From start to finish)
- Able to converse in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking corresponds.
Salary
$3,000 to $4,200
