Seeking for Service Desk/Account Admin Executive (Novena)


1 year contract under agency payroll

Location: 55 Newton Rd, Revenue House (Novena)

Salary (inclusive of all allowance): $2300 - $2700

Incentive of performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to reporting manager’s appraisal at the end of 1 year contract


Work Schedule: Mon - Fri Staggered Hours + Saturday (once a month)

Monday - Friday (shift to rotate weekly-based)

  • 7am - 4.30pm
  • 8am - 5:30pm
  • 9am - 6:30pm
  • 10am - 7:30pm

Saturday (shift to rotate person-based, take turn): 7am - 1:30pm


Jobscope:

  • As Service Desk Executive, confident with answering phone calls and able to provide first-level support to end users.
  • Familiar with the use of incident management tool, SMoD.
  • Perform unlock AD user accounts, service accounts, check on password expiry and check on account status.
  • Able to understand user's issues and logged as incident accordingly based on severity.
  • Escalate and then follow-up incidents with support teams within SLA timeframe.
  • As a Data Centre Operator, able to verify visitor's identity and check on the purpose of visit.
  • Health check within data centre: ensure CRAC units are up, alert when high temperature.
  • Health check on servers in data centre and notify System Administrator if there is abnormality.
  • Able to manage retired/spoilt hard disk for disposal and process accordingly.
  • As Account Admin Executive, create and delete AD user's accounts, service accounts.
  • Reset password of above-mentioned accounts.
  • Assign and unassign of RSA tokens to users.
  • Create and delete AD groups, add and remove AD users from/to groups.
  • Prepare and print out password letters for new onboarding users.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook. Able to have quick observation in checking emails as email contents can be critical and may contain alerts.

Requirement:

  • Singaporean (required g50 clearance)
  • Able to work Staggered hours on Mon - Fri and once a month on Saturday as per duty roster
  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT
  • At least 1 year experience in IT
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook
  • Keen in the jobscope listed above
  • Able to commit for the full 1 year contract
  • Punctuality in attendance
