As an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst within the Trade Processing and Regulatory Reporting team for our client, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects. Your primary focus will be on serving as a functional expert for regulatory reporting in the Asia region, with a deep understanding of transaction reporting requirements. You'll be responsible for managing projects within the APAC regulatory framework and coordinating with stakeholders globally and regionally, particularly in the Global Markets and ALMT business and operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Function as an expert in Asia's regulatory reporting, specializing in transaction reporting.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of GM business and APAC regulatory regimes.
- Lead APAC regulatory projects and contribute to transversal initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with APAC business, Operations, Finance, and support teams.
- Drive efficiency and automation, reducing risk through innovative business data solutions.
- Develop a clear vision for target processes, integrating innovation and digital solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 8+ years in financial services, with expertise in Investment Banking and regulatory reporting.
- Strong grasp of Capital Market deal flow, particularly FICC instruments.
- Manage diverse projects successfully across various topics.
- Effectively collaborate with internal/external technical teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking for handling conflicting requests.
- Experience in banking IT ecosystems.
- Collaborate with global teams, contributing to strategic IT solutions.
- Identify and escalate risks/issues while providing timely solutions.
- Provide pre-go-live training and contribute to team resource development.
