Front of House Services Responsibilities:

As a team member in Front of House Services, your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Work Station Management:Set up and manage your designated work station efficiently.
  2. Guest Service:Pay close attention to guests' needs and address them promptly and efficiently.
  3. Food and Drink Service:Serve food and drinks in accordance with our restaurant and regulatory standards.
  4. Cleanliness and Organization:Maintain a clean and organized work environment consistently, adhering to our standards.
  5. Product Knowledge:Possess comprehensive knowledge about our menu items, beverages, and other offerings.

In addition to a fulfilling work experience, we offer the following perks:

  1. Monthly Performance Incentive:Earn a monthly performance incentive of $80 (subject to terms and conditions).
  2. Profit Sharing Incentive:Benefit from our profit-sharing incentive program.
