Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and systems management tools
- Correspondence with customers (including overseas) request
- Ability to troubleshoot on-site and online
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Maintaining customer infrastructure & networks
- Knowledge of firewall, Active Directory, backup solutions
- Able to articulate issues and solutions to customers
- Knowledge of Cloud applications like Office 365, and Azure
Required:
- Nitec/Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Background in IT, computer systems engineering or systems engineering
- Ability to effectively multi-task when necessary
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience
- Able to work in a team and independently
