Job Summary:
Salary: Basic $3,000 - $3,800
Working Time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Location: Tuas
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate with the sales department.
- Handle customer and supplier phone calls regarding products and order inquiries.
- Assist superiors in daily sourcing operations, including negotiating prices and following up on deliveries for steel materials.
- Ensure all materials are purchased and delivered according to specified specifications and requirements stated in PO/DO.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Required languages: English and Mandarin.
- Skills: Navision System, Microsoft Office, Computer Literate.
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field, with a preference for those in the steel industry.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Preferably a Junior Executive specializing in Sales Coordinator/Sales Support/Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Candidates with knowledge in shipping/purchasing/sales coordination are encouraged to apply.
