- Plan, co-ordinates & implements overall site works with sub-con & other related trades to carry out work safely.
- Identify and resolves all problems that arises on site;
- Assist PM & Site Mgr. to organize & deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters & complains related to project sites;
- Prepare & submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval;
- Co-ordinate with sub-con & solve technical problems;
- Prepare & attend RTO inspection, attend site meeting, monitor & supervise site works and liaise with consultants etc.
- Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
- Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection and to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard
- Minimum 5 years Local Experience in Construction Industry
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field
