About The Role
· Assist in the administrative and operational needs of the agency
· Provide front-line customer/reception service
· manage walk-in service enquirers and phone queries
· Receive incoming calls, reply to emails, manage scheduling of service users for programmes
· Provide admin support for programmes, events and activities and centre maintenance
· Assist in the collection and entry of completed data into the system
· Maintain records and assist in submission of reports
· Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:
‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Polytechnic Diploma
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
IT literacy
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good team player
Core Competencies:
Ability in managing telephone/walk-in enquiries
Ability in using data base
Ability in office administration
Preferred achievements / characteristics:
Diligence, integrity and resilient under pressure
Passion in working in the social services
Openness to learning on the job and manage challenges as it comes
