Responsibilities:
- Responsible for deployment and operations of enterprise network security infrastructure including Firewall IPS, IDS Content Filtering Load balancer VPN Infrastructure.
- Excellent knowledge of core network services (DNS, SNMP, SMTP, NTP, syslog, HTTP).
- Responsible for handling day to day operational tasks checklists and performing scheduled activities assigned
- Attending to the tickets assigned to the queue monitoring for services adhering to the Incident AND change management process.
- Experience working with systems from one or more of the following major brands of firewall: Checkpoint, CISCO ASA, Sourcefire, Palo Alto, Fortinet, CISCO Systems, Juniper Networks, F5 Networks.
- Hands on experience of Firewall CISCO ASA Checkpoint, Fortinet VPN Technologies and experience in managing on Load Balancers reverse proxy Web Application Firewalls.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience working in Network Security Operations environment.
- Troubleshooting DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
- Advance knowledge on F5 Load Balancers platforms for application delivery and a deep understanding of network design.
- Knowledgeable in basic SSL Devices Security.
- Familiarity with common industry test equipment (Cisco Switches/Routers)
- Good understanding of ITIL methodology, in-depth knowledge in incident, change and problem management process.
- CCNA / CCNP / CISSP/ CCIE / CCSE – Security would be an added advantage
