Learning Starts from the Teacher
Eye Level is a 'Systematic Individualized Learning' program helping students master every learning concept through One-on-One coaching with a small-step approach; thus nurturing problem solvers, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners who are self-directed.
At Eye Level, our teachers believe in seeing things from the child's eye level. By taking a systematic approach to learning, we allow the children to learn at their own pace, thus laying the foundation for their lifelong learning process.
Responsibilities:
- Coach children (Ages 3 to 14) in accordance with the learning materials, program, and teaching philosophy of Eye Level
- Plan the progress of the students according to each child's educational and developmental needs
- Be familiar with all working curriculum documents, instructional, and policy manuals
- Assist the Centre Manager in ensuring smooth operational functions in the Centre and deliver quality instructional guidance
- Marking of students' attempted worksheets
- Assist to conduct training for new and existing franchisees/ instructors of both new and existing programs
- Participate in organising, coordinating and executing exhibitions and Eye Level global events and other outreach activities
- Assist to develop and enhance related training and new program of the company
- Assist in yearly Eye Level Quality Assessment (EQA) and constantly working on improving centers’ quality to better reflect Eye Level’s standards
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 6 Months of Teaching Experience and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role are required
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Education-Teaching or Relevant
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good in Math and English (up to Primary 6 level)
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and PPT)
- Have strong analytical and observational skills to consistently identify areas that require improvement and develop relevant training materials
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and a team player too
- Bold, positive, and inspiring personality
- Excellent ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
- Dedicated, patient, and passionate about teaching children
