The Performance Marketing Lead for Qurio should encompass both the strategic and executional aspects of digital marketing to drive direct-to-consumer growth across multiple funnels and media channels. This role will start off with optimising and executing ad and media buys for Invity, a health and beauty brand under Qurio’s portfolio of brands, across the markets the brand has presence in, before potentially taking on another brand for the group eventually. Ideally an analytical, self-motivated and performance-driven individual who is also creative with a ton of great ideas.


Core Skills/Knowledge

  • Expert in developing and executing world-class digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, lead generation and conversions.
  • Ability to deep-dive into metrics as well as internal and external data, and uncover each market’s online landscape.
  • Experienced in managing and leading digital marketing executives in driving online sales, conversion rates, ROAS, CPA and channel expansion plans.
  • Experienced in managing digital marketing executives’ performance reviews, set targets and plan advancement roadmaps a plus.
  • Expert in managing and optimizing ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook / Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads in accordance to best-practices.
  • Expert in managing and expanding affiliates and media platform exposure.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and plan ad buys to achieve business targets.
  • Expert in implementing remarketing strategies to grow conversions and turn funnel leaks into sales.
  • Understands conversion setup and tracking to convey implementation plans to developers.
  • Currently an individual contributor role - but in future able to perform, train and lead digital marketing executives.
  • Able to set up tracking best practices for performance and reporting attribution.
  • Possesses good experience in Google Analytics and understand ad and site performance success/issues through data.
  • Ability to leverage data to sharpen digital marketing activities, and work with internal and external teams in developing top-notch campaigns and content for audience targeting.
  • This is a hands-on role - campaign setup, execution, reporting and vendor outreach are required.
  • SEO experience a plus.


Overall Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with CMO and marketing teammates to implement digital marketing plans and strategies in accordance to guidelines, standards and directions.
  • Develop and create search-engine optimized campaigns and content catered for on-site and off-site digital channels (including paid social media, paid search, affiliates).
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Network, affiliate marketing, retargeting, SEO and other ad platforms to meet revenue KPIs.
  • Evaluate the performance of digital marketing activities against goals and generate new insights to further improve upon effectiveness.
  • Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities to increase traffic and sales conversion.
  • Work and coordinate with agencies to achieve expected ROAS.
  • Partner with internal teams on special projects, campaigns and product launches.
  • Reporting: measure and report performance of campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs)
  • Plan and manage media buy budget, updating and monitoring expenses.
  • Conduct market research, channel, audience, topic and competitor analysis.


Requirements

  • At least a Degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in FMCG and/or retail industry
  • Applicants with working experience in similar capacity (e.g. e-commerce advertising) will be highly preferred
  • Team Player with positive learning attitude, yet independent with great initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and handle pressure in a very fast-paced environment
  • Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • International exposure is highly advantageous
  • Able to take in constructive feedback positively
