Job Description:
We are seeking an Employment Agent to join our company. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential employers and gather job requirements. You will be responsible for finding and matching suitable candidates for job postings.
Salary:
Basic: $500 + commission
KPI to reach: 2 employers/month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential employers and gather job requirements.
- Source, screen, and select suitable candidates for job postings.
- Liaise with employers and candidates to arrange interviews and follow up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and employer information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.
Requirements:
- CEI certificate.
- Past sales experiences, comfortable with cold call.
- Target-oriented & sales-driven attitude
- Comfortable with commission-based income
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
