Replacement Cook
Under the guidance and supervision of the Chinese Chef, the replacement cook will be executing the following responsibilities with the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Responsibilities
- Replaces the cutter, wok, steamer, announcer, helper, BBQ chef & dim sum cook when they are on off day, annual leave or public holidays
- Assist within the Culinary division during peak periods
- Adhere to hygiene and grooming standards by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts
- Follow-up on daily operations
- Controls wastage within the Chinese culinary area
- Preparation and presentation of all food items
- Ensure superior quality of food produces
- Executes inspections of kitchen area and food preparation areas
- Establishes and maintain effective employee relations in his section
- Ensures self-discipline
