Job Title: Accounting Manager
Salary: $4,000 to $4,500 (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare full sets of accounts for the Group of companies and related entities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly financial statements, intercompany balances, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Perform consolidation for 2 group of companies on a quarterly basis.
- Prepare and reconcile quarterly GST Submission with the financial system.
- Manage Corporate Tax matters
- Collaborate with the Company secretary to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee and ensure the proper and accurate entry of accounting transactions in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) by the accounts executive on a timely basis.
- Perform ad hoc financial duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of full sets experience in the Food & Beverages Industries.
- Good working knowledge of accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Self-motivated and a good team player with excellent interpersonal and organizing skills.
- Meticulous and ability to work under pressure.
