Responsibilities:
-Provide maintenance and support for Customers' Enterprise IT Network Services
-Hands-on experience in any Windows/Linux Server configurations
-Perform troubleshooting and problem identification for any infra services
-Able to perform as the role of Project Lead / Coordinator in project management for small to medium size projects or Service Requests
-Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
-Provide documentation for deployments
-Must be able to learn and work independently
-Basic understanding in network implementation
-Basic scripting knowledge in Linux/Windows
-General understanding in security implementations
Requirements:
-Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent
-Required to have minimum 1 - 2 years of hands-on technical support experience in SI Environment
-Fast-paced environment
-Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
-Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
-Good communication and writing skills
-Strong customer service orientation
-Able to work independently
