- Conduct Customer Workshops, gather Business Requirements, Solution Design & BBP using best practice and Healthcare industry standards.
- Perform extensive hand-on detail SAP ISH, i.s.h.med functional configuration, unit testing, Sit & UAT.
- Create detailed functional specifications for ABAP development objects (incl. Enhancements, Interfaces) & testing.
- Prepare Data Migration Plan & Strategy, Cut Over plan.
- Prepare test scripts & execute System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test
- Prepare training plan, material and conduct training
- Autonomous lead of IS-H track including creating and updating project timelines, handling change management process, creating status reports and preparing management summaries
Requirements
- Implementation experience in SAP IS-H, i.s.h.med modules (PA, PM, Medication, CPOE)
- Extensive hands on functional and configuration experience in the above healthcare module (including clinical process builder, clinical workstation, service concept, service rules, pricing procedure, condition types, billing, HL7/HCM, new business partner concept, CPOE, EMR, Clinical Documentation)
- At least 3 years of experience in Healthcare Projects
- Minimum 2 – 4 full cycle implementation project experience
- SAP IS-H, i.s.h.med Maintenance and Enhancement Support
- Extensive knowledge about ISH integration into MM, FI, CO and i.s.h.med
- SAP ABAP Skills
- Proven experience with relevant analysis, process design and SAP implementation methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical skills, strong perseverance, a high degree of initiative and independence
- Ability to work with people from various backgrounds/cultures coupled with strong customer and partner interface.
- Minimum Academic Qualification; Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, Information Technology or related field
