Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Network Operations Engineer, Network Administrator, or similar role in a complex IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architectures, including LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or PRTG.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service request fulfilment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze network-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Workday/time: 2 shifts
a. Mon to Fri: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm / Sat: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
b. Mon to Fri: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
