Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and execute social media strategies for new product launches
- Manage and own the social media content calendar
- Develop and execute sustenance strategies for long-running marketing campaigns to continuously grow new sub-brands and audience
- Develop and execute results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy, in line with corporate and brand direction
- Set goals and develop reporting metrics for each social media platform
- Craft effective campaign briefs for creative team
- Work with the marketing & creative teams to create high quality and timely content that engages with a wide range of audience types
- Work closely with the marketing & creative teams to develop KOL engagement activities and develop supporting assets for campaigns
- Build lasting relationships with existing KOLs / influencers, and actively engage new content creators for campaigns
- Create and distribute engaging copy across all social media platforms
- Research on new audience interests and behavior to develop relevant, localised, and engaging content plans for multiple social platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok)
Requirements
- Prior experience in social media management, product marketing, brand management and/or agency experience
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, social media, PR and retail trends and insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and other reporting tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Self motivated, and comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams
