Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Update Human Resource policies and related rules and regulations
· Support the planning and execution of performance and talent management and succession planning
· Manage recruitment and selection process which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing candidate profiles to hiring managers and conducting reference checks
· Prepare employment contracts, letters and correspondences as required
· Perform accurate and timely input of employee data into the Human Resource database
· Handle work pass administration, surveys, insurance, benefits and leave administration
· Handle monthly payroll processing, claims filing, annual tax filing and reconciliation of payroll runs and reporting
· Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other relevant agencies
· Ensure proper documentation, filing and personal file records maintenance for record retention
· Manage staff training (liaise with training providers / documentation preparation / allocation / budget / training plan and record / analysis)
· Conduct staff orientation
· Perform general office administrative duties
· Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirement:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in different Human Resource functions
· Good team player who is meticulous, resourceful, analytical, initiative and self-driven
· Good knowledge of statutory requirements
· Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, planning and organizing skills
· Strong sense of discretion and ability to keep confidential information
· Ability to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications & familiar with Timesoft payroll system
