Purpose:
You will lead a team of HR Business Partners to partner with leadership and line managers; provide guidance and solutions in day-to-day people matters.
Highlights:
- Salary range: $6000 - $8000 per month

- Working hours: Monday – Friday, office hours
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
- Minimally 15 years of HR experience.
Description:
- Lead, manage, coach, and motivate a team of HRBP professionals to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR plans, programs, and processes.
- Build relationship with stakeholders through HR solutions for business needs.
- Coach and develop business leadership team to drive any positive changes for people management.
- Provide advice on manpower & recruitment solutions and strategies, HR policies and interpretation, employee legislation, performance management, rewards strategies and other HR functions.
- Strengthen talent pipeline; facilitate performance and talent reviews.
- Build employee engagement & morale; improve workplace relationships and boost retention.
- Resolve employee relation issues/employee grievances.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for any advisory matters and other HR-related events/projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
