Position Overview:
As the Executive of Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in driving and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying new opportunities, promoting creative thinking, and facilitating the development and implementation of innovative ideas that contribute to the company's growth, competitiveness, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Innovation Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the organization's innovation strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and industry best practices that could impact the organization's products, services, and processes.
2. Idea Generation and Exploration:
- Lead efforts to encourage creative thinking and idea generation across departments and teams.
- Organize brainstorming sessions, innovation challenges, and workshops to elicit and refine innovative concepts.
3. Innovation Pipeline Management:
- Evaluate and prioritize innovative ideas based on their alignment with strategic goals, feasibility, and potential impact.
