As an HR Executive you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations and ensuring the well-being of our employees. This position reports directly to the Group HR Manager and offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to contribute to the success of our organization.

Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience direct and or related experience Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Total Rewards will be highly advantageous
- Previous experience in Manufacturing will be advantageous
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices
- Experience in communicating with all levels of staff
- Proficient IT skills - MS Office , HRIS system
- Able to cohesively work in in a strong, team environment as well as build, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
