Job Description
- Assist in maintaining of building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification etc
- Liaise and co-ordinate with subcontractors for maintenance works
- To conduct daily facilities inspection to ensure all preventive maintenance works are completed and identify any defect if any.
- Determine and analyse the cause of defects, breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences.
- Populate and ensure monthly reports are accurately maintained.
- Follow all regulations and safety procedures.
- Plan, schedule and follow up on outstanding defects works
- Attend to complaints and troubleshooting faults.
- Daily opening and closing check
- Handling project management work in SP account
- Compile and maintain service reports, Licenses / Certificates on site.
- Prepare and submit Certificate of Completion for Maintenance Works and Services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.
- Follow up with Contractor SP to carry out corrective maintenance and to rectify defects reported Users
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma from recognised tertiary establishment in Facility
- Management / Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services
- 3 years relevant experience role in Facilities Operation in FM service provider
- Project Management skills
- FSM /other FM and Safety related certificates will have added advantage
- Resourceful, team player and able to work independently
- Must be able to work and / or response after office hours and weekends
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Can start work in immediately will be advantage
