Responsibilities
The duties of the Assistant Building Manager includes but not limited to the following:
- Supervision of site staff;
- Carry out diagnostic analysis of all the M & E systems, specialist works and systems;
- BMS monitoring at least twice a day, including data collection, temperature, pressure, trend logging and report must be submitted fortnightly, any irregularities or fault must be followed up immediately in particular the Laboratory, Vivarium, Server, Lan Room and Tissue Culture Room.
- Regular meetings and prepare monthly management reports including audit and inspection reports;
- Liaise, coordinate, plan and supervise maintenance program, sub contractors, vendors, delivery, etc;
- Make recommendations for any replacement or repair works including seeking approval.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years relevant experience or equivalent. The candidate shall have experience in managing various types of facilities
