Our company is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced property manager to manage the overall financial and operational management of our Serviced Apartment and ground floor commercial space.
You are expected to market and select tenants through interviews and background checks and coordinate maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws and company objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Tenant selection.
- Rental collection and follow up with tenants.
- Report on financial performance regularly
- Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships
- Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
- Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files with tenants
- Oversee compliance and inspections from time to time
- Inspect and rectify building maintenance issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Property Manager or related field
- Local/PR Only
- Problem solver mindset
- Strong ownership over tasks
Salary from $4000 and above depending on experience.
