Change Management & Communication Manager is expected to lead the change management and communication aspects of Platform Transformation.
Candidate will plan and execute communications and change management plans and engage senior stakeholders to manage comms, assess change readiness and plans and work with business stakeholders to manage the transitions and/or drive adoption.
He/she will also work closely with HR, Corporate Communication Team and other functions to ensure effective change management and project communication.
Drive Change Management and Communication in Platform Transformation’s strategic projects, including
- Adoption and Communication Lead for new portal project
- Work closely with project team and business change champions to develop adoption and communication plan
- Drive onboarding of external and internal customers
- Define and track success metrics
- Change Management and Communication Lead for new system project
- Drive and develop change management and communication plan
- Collaborate closely with project management team, business stakeholders and vendor to align on Change Management plan, communication materials and project timelines
- Oversee delivery of communication to impacted employees to ensure information provided is accurate and comprehensive
- Define and track success metrics
- Develop materials to support communication of strategic projects at key events (E.g. Townhalls, Product launches/’Go-live’, Kick-off)
- Lead Overall Change Management and Communications for Platforms Transformation
- Develop content for all Platforms Transformation communication activities, including quarterly updates, Business Units’ communication activities, and Leaders briefing
- Work with Enterprise Platforms and Transformation change agents in planning and execution of events (e.g. off-site, get-together)
- Inject new ideas from time to time to ensure effective communication and engagement
- Perform proactive research to stay abreast with Change and Communications methodology and practices to provide meaningful support to the project team and various stakeholders
5. Support Ad-hoc Events or Request from Business/ Enterprise Platforms and Transformation
- Provide required support to Group-led events & updates such as Kick-off, Digitalisation Events
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree from established university in Business or Philosophy or Communications
- Around 8-10 years of industry experience in Telco and ICT
- Experience in transformation change management
- Experience working across different cultures and geographies
- Experience in large scale project management – preferably in roles such as Organisation Design, Program Management Office (PMO) and Communications
- Change management framework e.g. ADKAR
- Excellent corporate writing and storyboarding skills
- Proficient in power point, word and excel
- Ability to coordinate workshops / focus group sessions
- Ability to distill complex information and translate into layman’s terms
