- Manage the daily operations activities, including preparation and serving of food & beverage to customers.
- Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
- Attend to customers promptly.
- Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
- Oversee the food quality control, staffing management, inventory and supplies.
- Ensure the health & safety and customer service are compliant to company’s standard and procedures.
- Assist restaurant manager in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counselling and discipline outlet staff.
- Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
- Ensure that all standard and restaurant cash handling procedures are met.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness on a daily basic.
- Solicit feedback from guests concerning the service and food & beverage offering in restaurant.
- Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Any other ad hoc duties and when required by superiors.
