Job Description
- Working closely with the architects/design team and clients to conceptualize the interior design. Developing the design and presenting them to the Client.
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of interior design including workplace design strategy and best practices, space planning, programming, colour and material selection, detailing and FF&E packages.
- Delivering the project in detailed design, material selection, coordination with other professionals and more.
- Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments.
- Pre-contract job management, contract procedures, correspondence and report.
- Strong conceptual design and design development skills.
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skill; effective client relationship skills and talent for working with a diverse team of designers.
- 2D technical drawing and 3D modelling / rendering.
- Preparation of specifications, tender documents and construction drawings.
- Site Visit, meeting with Contractors, Consultants and Local Authority Officers.
- Supervising the construction process to ensure the design is executed according to the design intent.
- Office procedures and admin.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
- Required skills: Auto Cad, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup.
- Creative and good knowledge of detail drawings.
- Prefer 2-3 years of experience.
