Events & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination and Execution:

  • Plan, organize, and execute various external events, including seminars, conferences, workshops, and end user engagements.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and on-site support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets and timelines to achieve desired outcomes.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote company events.
  • Create engaging content for promotional materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and event invitations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand presence across all communications.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Ad Hoc Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing initiatives as needed, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and online content.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Min ITE Nitec or Higher Nitec OR Diploma in Marketing/Hospitality & Tourism related field
  • Proven experience in event coordination and execution.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
