Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting Customers and providing a warm welcome.
- Taking orders and accurately recording customer preferences.
- Offering menu recommendations and providing information about specials.
- Ensuring that orders are prepared and presented correctly.
- Serving food and beverages to customers at their table.
- Refilling drinks and attending to any additional requests.
- Clearing empty plates and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Handling customer payments and providing accurate change.
- Ensuring cleanliness in the dining area, including tables and chairs.
Job Requirements:
- Best with working experiences in F&B Field, Hospitality Management and/or other related field.
- A Customer-centric approach and the ability to provide excellent service.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Accuracy in taking and processing orders is cruicial to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Being able to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent in Korean will be an added advantage.
