Requirements:
· Assist Manager to oversee daily operation and hygiene of the outlet.
· To assist with serving food;
· Ensuring the food preparation areas, counter & sitting area are clean and hygienic;
· Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately;
· To assist with clean-up of the kitchen;
· Operate kitchen equipment such as auto-griller machines for cooking purposes;
· cashiering;
· Night cleaning (Off day also have to come back to do cleaning)
· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Management Trainee:
• 6 days work week
• Off day not fixed
• 1 Staff meal provided *
• Able to commit on Weekends & Public Holidays
• Working hours minimum 12hours (include 1 hour break)
