Responsiblities:
- Develop, update and implement food safety management system (ISO 22000) to ensure products produced meet customer and regulatory requirements
- Manage and facilitate internal and external audits
- Assist to ensure all PRP requirements are met
- Liaise with external laboratory on microbiological testing
- Lead in prompt investigation and resolution of customer feedback or complaint
- Develop and conduct appreciate training in all aspect of food quality and safety
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant studies
- Min 1-2 years experience
