Responsibilities
- Overseeing all logistics daily deliveries
- Overseeing all Bulk collection and time slot booking
- Arranging all vehicles & ISO tank relevant inspection
- Arranging & ensuring all vehicles and forklift maintenance
- Updating all failure of collection and delivery
- Coordinate with sales personnel on the deliveries
- Verify Drivers and Operations Worker’s incentive payment voucher for payroll
- Monthly checking all ISO tank movement against Navision record.
- Storage tank & ISO tank cleaning arrangement.
- Update the peroxide status bi-weeklyAny other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experiences in sales / logistic coordination. Candidates with no relevant experiences are also welcomed.
- Meticulous and possess good planning skills
