Social Media Executive
As a social media executive, you are responsible for developing social content to increase followers, creating and overseeing social media campaigns, producing content and reviewing analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and on-brand content for all social media channels such as, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok.
- Create compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms – both owned and paid
- Develop social media strategy and drive calendar planning
- Set campaign KPIs and help track benchmarks for reporting
- Provide actionable insights based on data, best practices and industry trends
- Compile, measure, and analyse all social media data
- Manage day-to-day social media activities such as content creation, scheduling of posts and organising content in a strategic manner to maximise engagement and reach.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant tools and metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Administration, Processes and Reporting
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
- Be able to seamlessly move cross-functionally across many groups in the company to keep everyone updated and in the loop
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences along with the digital marketing team
Digital Marketing
- Conceptualise and execute and oversee digital, online and social media strategies such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Requirements:
- 1 year managing multiple social media accounts
- Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or a Professional Degree will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Hands on experience in content management, ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Excellent writing and editing skills; creative storyteller with unwavering attention to detail and a strong command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently at times without supervision while maintaining updates as needed
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Solid understanding of broad marketing concepts to align with business goals.
