- Understanding department plan objectives and KPIs
- Understanding of quality of service is maintained aligning to IMS and BCM requirements in contract dept.
- Serves as secondary representative to contract manager dealing directly with existing and potential new clients; maintains and enhances customer relations through visitations, engagements and meetings
- Tender management – prepare costing sheet and submit all required documents on time
- Engages clients at a detailed level to gain an understanding of the business issues and objectives driving the clients’ needs
- Identifies the need for, and engages the appropriate vendor or partner personnel with the proper skill set to assist the solution and technology definition as required by customers’ opportunities.
- Responsible for negotiating, ensuring timely renewals on existing allocated and establish new customers
- Assist and guide contract executives for their assigned customers and other allocated tasks when necessary.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure all clauses and implications in contract administration are properly addressed and resolved
- Value-add to current product sales by promoting related and or / new products
- Develop good product knowledge and market awareness
- Assist in working towards contribution towards Financial Year Targets
- Any other duties assigned by Contract Manager , Senior Contract Manager and Head of Service Division
