RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide operational security administration including creating and implementing user-defined rules according to requirements.
- Manage the implementation for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
- Conduct penetration tests, vulnerability, and risk assessments.
- Analyse Proof-of-Concept exploits to detect threats and identify security weaknesses.
- Ensure compliance to security standards and recommend security implementations.
- Manage, configure, and upgrade a wide variety of security technologies (e.g., MVMS (Tenable), PAM (BeyondTrust), EDR (Carbon Black), DAM (IBM Guardium), etc.)
- Troubleshoot common technical issues on the managed security technologies using strong fundamental knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP)
- Perform escalation to internal teams experts and/or external product vendors for any technical faulty.
- Prepare incident reports on high severity incidents.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance windows with customer on necessary software patching and version upgrades.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related IT / Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 year of relevant experience in IT Security field
- Experience is using MVMS (Tenable), PAM (BeyondTrust), EDR (Carbon Black), DAM (IBM Guardium)
- Certified CISSP would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Azure Cloud System is a plus.
- Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
