Responsibilities
- Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities on project matter
- Complete design studies and monitor as-built documentation
- Prepare Material for submission
- Check & ensure of drawing according to design
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations
Requirements
- Degree in Building and Architectural or relevant cert
- High degree of initiative and strong analytical skill
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
- Advantage if have experience in Design & Build teamwork
