Today, they have successfully expanded its footprint to 38 countries and regions. With expansion plans, they are looking to hire an Assistant Solution Manager (Pre-sales) to join the team.
about the job
- Professionally and effectively engage with customers to comprehend their requirements, providing consultation, designing, and proposing successful solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to establish robust relationships, aiding customers in identifying business opportunities.
- Demonstrate technical competence and resourcefulness in designing and managing solutions that support customers.
- Establish and cultivate new business relationships with strategic partners/channels, seeking opportunities to create value and explore new business prospects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal colleagues and external vendors or partners, to ensure the feasibility of the developed solution.
- Address any aspects of the solution arising from project implementation that require a review.
- Inspect and evaluate the solution regularly to maintain quality and enhance efficiency among key stakeholders.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal teams for any observed service improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement network solutions for Enterprise customers or enhance the efficiency of existing networks.
- Deploy, configure, and support network equipment, including routers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
skills and experience required
- Minimally Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimally 5 to 8 years of working experience with a variety of products within the dynamic domains of Network, Cloud, and ICT technologies.
- Proficiency in foundational cloud technologies, DC-DC Converters, and Disaster Recovery (DC).
- Acquainted with the evolving landscape of Enterprise IT Architecture and adept at solutioning in contemporary technologies that support networking, CyberSecurity, Storage, and Hybrid Cloud. This may encompass familiarity with major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Baidu Cloud, UCloud, IBM Cloud, etc.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills for effectively engaging prospective customers.
- Confidence and effective teamwork are integral aspects of professional demeanor.
- Candidates with certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, and any certifications related to public cloud platforms are highly preferred.
